Level I
is an introductory class for students who are new to kettlebell training. The class focuses on basic movements and proper form. All members will be required to take at least one Level I class before advancing to another level.
Level II
is a continuation of kettlebell training. The emphasis of this course is on refining the basic movements, learning additional combinations of movements and building endurance and strength.
Level III
continues with advanced movements. This class is designed for those members who just want more. Advanced kettlebell will combine kettlebell training with other functional training methods to help members reach the height of physical fitness.
Level IV
is designed with the athlete in mind. A combination of kettlebell training, ropes, punching bags, lifting logs, body weight exercise and other functional training will be utilized to develop explosive power and agility for the athlete. Members must display a high level of physical fitness to participate in Level IV workouts.
Level V
is a more power focused workout using both the methods listed in Level IV while incorporating more conventional power lifting methods.View and download the class schedule.
