Sue Skogg My corporate job as president of a large Metal Finishing Company was filled with stress and long hours. It was a time for change, and I "retired", looking for a new fun career. My interest in health and fitness grew when I met Michael. That was seven years ago. With Michael as my mentor, I learned all I could about functional fitness and completed three kettlebell certifications. We opened our first kettlebell gym in late '08. It has been a life changing experience, and I take pride and joy in helping others reach their fitness goals. I have the best job in the world!

Aaron Kenney From the first time I visited SKOGG Gym, my outlook on working out changed. I fell in love with the SKOGG System. After training with Michael, it was clear that the next step for me was to become a certified instructor. I began working part-time for the gym while working my corporate job. When I was given the opportunity to join the SKOGG team full time as Office Manager and Coach, I took it and never looked back. It's incredibly satisfying to have the opportunity to help people of all ages change their bodies and in turn their outlook on life.

Ethan Anderson After playing four years of Division Three Soccer at Colorado College, I moved to the Portland Area. In early 2009 I was introduced to Michael Skogg and kettlebells. Shortly after, I became kettlebell certified and started coaching part-time for SKOGG Gym. When not swinging kettlebells, or working as a mortgage banker, I enjoy kiteboarding, skiing, mountain biking and hanging out with family.

Erin Resko During my teen years I spent many years skiing for the US Development Freestyle Ski Team and was nationally ranked in the top 5 in both moguls and dual moguls. In addition, I competed in 2 World Junior competitions placing 8th and 4th in the world. For the past two years, I have been a kettlebell coach at SKOGG Gym while attending classes at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. I like to work hard and push the limits, but make sure you have a good time in the process.

Ray Figueroa While earning my degree in Exercise Science from Pacific University, I had the opportunity to play collegiate basketball. However, after years of traditional training and trying other programs, I lost some of my passion for training. That is until I found Michael Skogg and kettlebells in early '09. Since then I became SKOGG System Certified and joined the SKOGG Team in late '09. I have enjoyed learning new ways to train and develop using the most versatile tool I have been exposed to.
